Refund Policy

At ¡Playa Listo!, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why your rental reservation is fully refundable and simple to adjust; so long as you let us know in time.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You may cancel your rental reservation at any time prior to the day before your pickup date and receive a 100% refund of any prepaid rental fees.
2. Easy Changes
Need to modify your rental date, item quantity, or add items? Just contact us by email or phone, and we’ll adjust your reservation at no extra cost (subject to availability).
3. Security Deposit Hold
As part of your reservation, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card equal to the full replacement value of the items you’re renting.

This is not a charge; the hold will be released once all items are returned undamaged and on time.

If items are lost, damaged, or returned late without prior authorization, we may capture the hold amount (in whole or part) to cover replacement or repair costs.
4. No-Show / Non-Pickup
If you do not pick up your reserved items without contacting us, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled. Refunds of prepaid rental fees may still apply, but we will charge for the first day of your order.
5. Peak Season / High Demand
During high-demand periods (e.g., high-season, holidays, or major events), we may adjust cancellation or refund terms. We will inform you at the time of booking if different terms apply.
