Our website is built on the Wix platform, which includes several built-in accessibility features. Based on what is currently implemented, our site includes the following:

Partial Compliance Due to Third-Party Content

Parts of our website rely on third-party tools outside of our control. In particular, our online rental store is provided through Twice (Rentle) and is embedded as a custom element. Some aspects of Twice’s interface may not fully meet accessibility standards or may function differently with assistive technologies.

Physical Business Accessibility

Playa Listo operates a physical pickup location where customers retrieve and return their rental items. Our location is wheelchair accessible. Customers can enter, navigate the pickup area, and complete their rental process without encountering steps or physical barriers. If you need assistance during pickup or return, our team is available on site and happy to help.
